Our Story

The Beginning

With over 20 years of experience in the digital ecosystem, Talkative has become more than just a workplace. It’s a place where talent thrives, creativity grows, and communication is everything. Founded by Martin Lundin in 2005, Talkative was built on a vision of creating a space where communication is everything. Hence the name, Talkative.

“In my early years as a consultant, the lack of communication in many companies was impossible to ignore. I wanted to create a company where communication, both within the team and with customers and users, is a top priority. My goal was to eliminate misunderstandings and ensure a smooth, reliable work process.” says Martin Lundin.

What We Do

Talkative is a technology company focused on building digital products that make a real difference. We work across digital product development, design, technical advisory, and joint ventures, combining strategy, design, and engineering to create solutions built to last.

“We work end-to-end, and in a short time we can create something and achieve results that few others can. What makes this possible is how we work as a team. Everyone at Talkative is involved in several projects, which means we stay close to what’s happening across the company. Knowledge is shared, and collaboration comes naturally. That mindset shapes both how we work and who we bring on board.” says Martin Lundin.

As Talkative continues to grow, the focus remains the same: helping companies turn ideas into strong digital products. From user research and early concepts to design, development, and scalable technical solutions, we guide products all the way from idea to impact.

Partnerships will play an even bigger role going forward. By expanding our joint ventures and long-term collaborations, we aim to build products together with partners who want to create something meaningful. At the same time, we’re growing our team with developers, designers, and problem-solvers who enjoy responsibility, variety, and working at a fast pace, without losing sight of quality.

Based in Malmö, southern Sweden, close to Greater Copenhagen and the European continent, Talkative is a business hub of passionate professionals who are dynamic in their mission and always ready for action. But, and this is of great importance, it’s not all about work.
